Effective October 1, 2011:
Beginning on October 1, Tristan’s office will now offer clients one available appointment at a time instead of offering two available appointments at a time to further speed up the booking process. In the past, Tristan would offer each client two available dates at a time until he was able to find an appointment that worked with the clients’ schedule. Often, this process would freeze an extra appointment time during the booking process that could be given to someone else. This new one-appointment policy will eliminate frozen dates. Tristan’s office will continue to work with clients’ schedules to find an appointment that works for them in each booking.
